We’re a full-service property and ownership management group that keeps chapter houses running well, looking great and ready to provide memorable experiences for members.

Who We Help

We mainly support ATO chapters and the alumni volunteers who manage them—but about a third of our residents aren’t ATO members, and we proudly serve them, too. Whether you’re an undergrad living in the house, an alumni board member, or a parent trying to help from afar—we’re here to make things easier.

Our Roots

We got our start in 2001 when the ATO National Fraternity saw a problem: chapter houses were being lost or falling into disrepair.

Since the live-in experience is such a key part of brotherhood and growth, they founded RPG to help protect that tradition. Ever since, we’ve been focused on preserving and enhancing chapter housing—so it stays a strong part of the ATO experience.
