Executed Asset Protection Agreement between House Corporation and RPG.
Three prior year’s 990 tax returns.
Most recent appraisal, survey and Phase I environmental report (if applicable).
House Corp Articles of Incorporation/Organization and House Corporation Bylaws.
House Corporation Minutes Approving Level of Indebtedness Requested.
Construction Contract (if applicable).
Construction Project Summary (if applicable).
Post Construction Pro Forma (if applicable).
If a capital campaign is involved, campaign plan, current status and current cash on hand for project. (if applicable).
