Financing Application

A completed loan application will take approximately three to six weeks to process once submitted to RPG for review. The review process will not begin until the application is completed in full and all supplemental documentation is submitted. For questions, please contact:

Please submit the following supplemental documentation: 

  • Completed RPG Loan Application Pro Forma for current year (download form here). 

  • Copy of tenant lease agreement. 

  • Financial statements. o Profit & Loss statements (three prior years). 

  • Balance sheet (three prior years). 

  • Executed Asset Protection Agreement between House Corporation and RPG. 

  • Three prior year’s 990 tax returns. 

  • Most recent appraisal, survey and Phase I environmental report (if applicable). 

  • House Corp Articles of Incorporation/Organization and House Corporation Bylaws. 

  • House Corporation Minutes Approving Level of Indebtedness Requested. 

  • Construction Contract (if applicable). 

  • Construction Project Summary (if applicable). 

  • Post Construction Pro Forma (if applicable). 

  • If a capital campaign is involved, campaign plan, current status and current cash on hand for project. (if applicable).
